Banana

Banana has moisturising properties which are extremely good for people who have dry skin. It will not only moisturise it but also hydrate and seal it in your skin. To make this paste, take a bowl and mash the banana. Now add some drops of honey and two tablespoons of plain yoghurt in it. Mix all of it into a smooth paste and apply it on your face and neck area avoiding the area around the eyes. Let it stay for 15-20 minutes before washing it away with water. If you want, add some oats in the paste to exfoliate your skin. This will get rid of the dead skin cells and keeps it looking gorgeous for longer.

Lemon

Lemon is an excellent fruit to use for oily skin. It lightens marks, removes dead skin cells, cleanses the skin, reduces oil secretion and gives a fresher look to your face. You can directly apply lemon juice or mix with something, like multani mitti, honey, chandan, etc.

Fruit Face Packs For Normal Skin

Normal skin is relatively easy to manage and requires less upkeep as compared to other types. In order to keep it glowing, pimple-free and young, try the following fruit packs.

Orange

Orange can be used in any form – peels, powder, juice. You can store the powder for a longer time and then use it in combination with other ingredients which will further enhance the appearance of your skin. Add a few drops of lime juice and some honey to powdered orange (dry the peels and then blend them to make powder) and then mix it well to make a pack. Apply it on your face and neck and leave it to dry. Then wash it off with cool water and pat dry. You can even use orange peel directly by squeezing it on your skin or rubbing the peel till it changes colour. Oranges are high in vitamin C content, remove tanning and oil, prevent blemishes, and even keep ageing signs away. Also Read - Fertility Treatment: How Sperm DNA Fragmentation Testing Improves IVF Outcomes

Papaya

To make a pack, cut small papaya cubes and then add some honey and raw milk to it. Mash and mix well and then apply on the face and neck. Let your skin take in its benefits and then wash away with water.

Fruit Face Packs For Oily Skin

Oily skin tends to attract more dirt and grime which then clogs pores and results in acne. Constant care is needed to manage oily skin. Apart from the daily care, it is essential to pamper it once a week to keep your skin looking young and fresh. Citrus fruits can come to your rescue as they have astringent-like properties which work well for oily skin. This eliminates the bacteria while toning it. Fruits like lemon, oranges and even strawberries can work wonders for your skin. Also Read - What's The Role Of Gut Microbiome In PCOS?

Now apply it and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then wash off with water.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes make for a good, natural scrub. They can do wonders for your skin like reducing pore opening, clearing acne and preventing ageing of skin.
