Foot massage with warm oil at night can not only keep your feet soft and happy but also give you a good night's sleep and rleive stress. Doing this in winters can keep your feet warm and cosy. Here is how to massage your feet with oil.

Warm Oil

Heat coconut oil. You can either take a steel container and a small bowl; add around one to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat the oil under low flame to make it slightly warm and then use it for massage. On the other hand, you can warm the oil in a microwave and use it as per your convenience.

Oil Massage

Make sure you do it before bedtime and do not roam indoors as the chances of slipping because of oil in your feet are high. Hence, be careful when you walk.
