Curd--Dairy products are best for your skin as they have a cooling effect and do no irritate the skin. Apply curd to the affected area and wash it off after some time. It helps in softening the skin and lighten pigmentation. Make a paste of curd and multani mitti and apply it to the affected area and wash it off with cold water after 20 minutes. You can also use besan instead of multani mitti. This pack also helps in lightening elbows, knees and knuckles.

Oatmeal, Honey And Curd Sc

Oatmeal, honey and curd scrub: This mixture acts like a homemade exfoliator for removing the dead and damaged skin because of the sun tan. It removes dead skin and reduces suntan gradually.

Lemon Juice--You can never go wrong with lemon juice to get rid of tan. Apply some freshly squeezed lemon juice on the affected are and wash it off after 15-20 minutes. You can also mix cucumber with the lemon juice or curd with lemon juice and apply it on the affected area.
