While you can take supplements to treat acne but eating foods that are rich in these vitamins can also help, vitamin a is found in abundance in green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, liver and fish oils whereas Vitamin E is found in almonds, avocados, broccoli, sunflower seeds, etc.
