I recently got acne a few days before an important event, and a worried me ran to the internet to look for instant hacks to get rid of them. I got a lot of hacks that claimed they worked, I tried a few and was disappointed. Here are those so that you don't waste time trying them out!

Apple cider vinegar: It doesn't work and its too harsh for the skin.

Toothpaste: The idea of applying toothpaste seemed helpful to me as I thought it would cool it down and help getting rid of the acne, It did provide the coolness but didn't assist in reducing the nasty bump!

Lemon: This was the worst hack amongst all. The application of lemon juice on acne only left me with a burning sensation.

Ice: This felt similar to the toothpaste, also it reduced the pain caused by acne, but was of no help in vanishing it.

Baking soda: I used baking soda in a lot of face packs but it did no good to the acne problem.
