Starving: This is the biggest mistake that you can do to yourself. Starving will only give you further weight gain and bloating.
Eliminating some groups of food altogether: This again is a very big mistake that most brides-to-be do. For the overall well-being of your body and a healthy weight loss you need a bit of everything.
Crashing on a diet: For quick weight loss you tend to suddenly go on a diet which again isn't healthy. Your body takes time to adjust to a certain diet and sudden change may not fare well with your body
Not thinking about long term: When you think of weight loss right before your wedding, you think of quick ways of losing weight and your goals in a short period which leads to weight gain.
Hitting the gym really hard:You end up being too hard on yourself and sweating way too much in the gym which is not at all healthy, you may end up hurting your muscles and may damage it too.
