Once you are out of the house, you probably don’t have a second to spare for yourself, let alone your skincare, right? Well, here is a quick rule book you could follow for your morning skincare before you start your day.
Increase water intake – Increased water intake is the best you can do for your skin, especially during the mornings. It prevents dehydration and ensures healthy skin in the long run.
Stick to a moisturising regime – Your skin needs to be ready for the day, and there is no better way than moisturising and cleansing it. Apply some cream or malai all over your face and leave it on for not more than 15 minutes. Voila! Your skin is refreshed and ready!
Spray some mineral water mist – To do away with the morning puffiness, spray some refrigerated mineral water onto your skin. This is refreshing and keeps your skin from looking dull and worn out.
Shield with sunscreen – Sun damage is a menace for your skin, and the necessary tool to shield your skin from it is a sunscreen with SPF 30 or more. Ensure you apply it at least 25-30 minutes prior to stepping out.
Skip the make-up – After all the moisturising, cleansing, you can’t expose your skin to layers of make-up just in the beginning of the day. Keep it as natural as possible and use a natural lip balm if you wish to.
