Aloe-vera-hindi

Aloe vera: Prized for its extensive health benefits, aloe vera has been known to curb the growth of breast and cervical cancer cells. Dr Bhagwati says that regular consumption of aloe vera helps to strengthen the ducts of the breast.

Punarnava

Fennel-seeds

Fennel: Here's one more reason to end your meals with a mouthful of fennel or saunf. But Dr Bhagwati says the seeds also help in flushing the toxic build up forming in the breast tissues.

Methi-seeds1

Fenugreek: This fragrant, bitter-tasting herb is also as methi and is a common fixture in most Indian kitchens. Dr Bhagwati recommends using the herb frequently in the diet since it prevents the build up of ama around the breast tissue.
