Ustrasana (Camel Pose)

This yoga asana is beneficial as it can open the chest, strengthen the lungs, and improve flexibility. In order to do it, kneel on mat, place your hands on the hips, inhale and arch back, reaching for ankles. Hold for a few seconds. It is appropriate for ages 7 years and above.

Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)

Its benefits include: it balances breath, calms the mind, and prepares the lungs for winter. To do it correctly, sit comfortably, close the right nostril with the thumb; inhale through the left. Then close the left nostril with the ring finger, exhale through the right, and repeat on the other side. Ages 6 years and above can comfortably do it.
