Corpse Pose (Savasana)

Start with the Savasana pose, which encourages full-body relaxation and mental stillness. Lie flat on your back with arms and legs comfortably spread on the yoga mat. Simply close your eyes and focus on your breath. Hold this pose for 5-10 minutes. You can practise it once after waking up in the morning, and then before hitting the bed at night. Also Read - Unwind Your Mind: 10 Evening Yoga Poses For Ultimate Relaxation

Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

This is another effective yoga pose that can de-clutter the mind when performed consistently. It is known to counter the effects of prolonged sitting and screen time by opening the chest and strengthening the back and the shoulders. Lie on your stomach, then gently raise your upper body with the help of your palms. The weight of your upper body is essentially on your arms; lift your chest. Hold for 30 seconds.

Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

This is a calming yoga pose that can stretch the hamstrings and the back, and soothe the nervous system. Just sit on a yoga mat and stretch your legs out. Inhale, lengthen the spine, and fold forward with your upper body. Try to reach for your feet. Exhale and hold for 5-10 breaths.
