Here’s how to make it: For a pitcher of cucumber mint tea, you need 2 green tea bags, 1 medium-sized cucumber, 1 cup of fresh mint leaves and 1/4 cup of honey (raw and organic). Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Then turn off the stove and put into it the green tea bags, fresh mint leaves, and some cucumber slices. Cover the saucepan and let the ingredients to steep in the water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix 1/4 cup of honey with equal amounts of hot water and stir well. Now, carefully strain the tea and add the honey mixture. Also, add extra 4 cups of water in it. If you have a tall pitcher, transfer the tea there and add some more cucumber slices and lots of ice cube. Your cucumber mint tea is ready to serve.
