This recipe has been my favourite since the days I started weaning my daughter. The reason: it was quick, has lots of vegetables and is definitely a healthy one. This recipe was an exclusive pre-dinner entity for most of the days while trying different flavours and texture of food. As the name suggests, the combination is little wired and one of my experimented with this weaning recipe that it became her favourite too. If you have a fussy eater like mine, probably you can give this a try. Here is one more weaning recipe -- apple badam kheer.
Ingredients
1 boiled and mashed potato
cup beetroots
cup carrots
cup green beans
Water as needed
Badam powder (optional)
Salt (optional, avoid giving it till at least one year of age)
