Blueberry- Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 cup almond milk or cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries; if using fresh, add 2-3 cubes of ice to the smoothie
1 very ripe banana; the riper the banana, the sweeter it will make your smoothie.
Pinch of cinnamon
Method
Combine spinach, milk, or yoghurt in your blender spinach left.

Mango- Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
1-2 cups of spinach
1-11/2 cups almond milk
1 cup frozen mango or fresh mango
1 tbsp of chia or flaxseeds
3-4 mint leaves
Method: Blend away until smooth. Chew your smoothie well, enjoy it well, and consume it immediately to absorb the best nutrients and achieve the highest percentage of assimilation!

Each serving includes fruits and veggies like pineapple, banana, and grapes (optional). Each sip contains a nutrient-rich combination of protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
Where you take cup of matka water or coconut water, 1 cup of Greek yoghurt (optional)
Add cup of frozen pineapples, 2 cups of spinach leaves
cup of organic grapes (optional to retain the green colour of the smoothie), banana and tbsp of ground flax seed or chia seeds.
Method: Place the water, pineapple, grapes, spinach, and 1/2 banana into a high-powered blender. Blend away until smooth!
