Anybody between the ages 3 to how-much-ever old you can get LOVES to play with slime. We can't get over the slimy, smooth, almost solid - almost fluid, magical thing that is so satisfying to play with. Kids all over the world, and moms all over the internet are going crazy over slime. There's plain slime, fluffy slime, bubble slime, slime with glitter, rainbow slime and everything in between. There are videos after videos, and methods after countless methods on how to make it, and even though some DIY tutorials make it sound like a science project, it really isn't. Making slime requires few, easily available ingredients and about 4-5 steps. Just like this easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy crunchy slime. Here's how to make it:
Pour the glue and hand soap in your mixing bowl. Mix it together really well.
Little by little, add half of the shaving foam. Mix together to incorporate it very well.
Add in a few drops of food colour of whichever shade you like.
Now pour in the liquid detergent, which is the activator that will help the mix become slime-like, and mix well. Go on mixing till the mix starts resembling slime. Adjust the amount of liquid detergent depending on how much you need to make it slime.
Now add rest of the shaving foam and mix well. This is what will help make the crunchy bubbles that make that beautiful sound on popping.
Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight. The longer the slime rests, more bubbles it will have.
Enjoy! Once all the bubble is popped, you can play with it like regular slime.
Tips:
1. Food colour is optional. You can leave it out to have opaque slime, or add glitter to make shiny, spectacular slime.
2. It is highly addictive, so please refrain from hiding it from your children and keeping it all for yourself!
