If you are a lactating mother and if preparing the laddoos seems too much of work for you, you can simply sprinkle methi or fenugreek seeds on your vegetables or soak methi seeds overnight in a glass of water and drink it early in the morning. You can also soak some methi seeds in water, strain it and drink the warm concoction. You can increase breast milk supply naturally with these 10 foods.
