Dear 26-year-old, make sure you brush at least twice a day and get rid of plaque which when stuck between your teeth can harbour bacteria which causes discolouration. Brush at least twice a day. And don’t forget to floss once or twice a day preferably after dinner. You can also switch to an electric toothbrush which can help remove the stains from food better. Avoid foods that are bad for your teeth like red wine, colas, dark juices, black tea and coffee. If you do love these things, make sure you drink a water immediately afterwards. Or you could also try using a straw.

Along with the aforementioned things to avoid, you can also include more crunch foods in your diet like apples, pears, carrots, etc. can help clean stains from your teeth. Finally, for sparkling teeth you need a healthy dose of calcium so load on dairy products like cheese and yoghurt that not only keeps your teeth sparkling but also keeps them cavity free.
