June 21st is International Yoga Day

New Delhi, June 20 : Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev on Saturday said practising yoga will bring 'raj yog' for Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi. 'I feel that if Rahul Gandhi practices yoga then his 'raj yog' will get better,' he said. 'One who practices yoga, his 'raj yog' is good. Good days will surely come for those who practice yoga,' he added.

Ramdev had earlier lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's governance and urged Congress president Sonia Gandhi to join the International Yoga Day celebrations at the Rajpath. Ramdev said Prime Minister Modi is running the governance in the country with focus and sanctity describing his rule as 'raj yog'. The yoga celebrations are being organised after the United Nations had in December last year declared June 21 as International Yoga Day, with 177 countries voting in favour. The proposal was mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his address to the UN General Assembly last year.
