New York, Nov 25: A popular New York salon will soon start offering a ' Vagina Facial' for women who want a little extra grooming down there. J. Sisters , which is best known for introducing the Brazilian bikini wax to New York City, will soon launch 'Gommage Therapy,' the New York Post reported. (Read: 7 tips for a healthy vagina)
Gommage is a form of exfoliation used during facials and this therapy is a facial type thing for the area down there that helps deal with cosmetic issues including ingrown hair. The salon is also launching J Sisters Couture, which is colour and shaping treatment for the same area down there for women of a certain age, who are turning gray. Whether or not this treatment works is still questionable but women have resorted to other bizarre procedures in the past too. These include bacial or the butt facial to make one's derri re look supple and more appealing, vaginal whitening and tightening creams to make their private area look fairer than before and even creams to lighten their nipples.
