Now that India is deprived of its favourite two-minute snack, social media turned to Baba Ramdev to come up with a healthier version of Maggi noodles. Memes of Patanjali Maggi have been doing rounds ever since Maggi noodles were banned in most of the states in the country.

FirstPost reported that Baba Ramdev has indeed grabbed the chance and announced that his brand will be releasing a healthy version of Maggi soon. His claims that this healthy alternative will not have maida or other harmful addiction causing ingredients are enough to convince people to switch to Patanjali made Maggi over its toxic counterpart. He even said that consumption of Maggi could make children prone to heart, kidney and liver failures besides cancer. You may like to read 2-minute silence RIP Maggi

According to Ramdev, Maggi should apologize and that the government should take strong measures against the company trying to spread poison. Along with Maggi-type noodles, he also intends to bring to the market hair dye, gels and even his version of health drinks for children like Horlicks, Bournvita and Complan called Powervita.
