Hypertension also known as high blood pressure can be risky. It can invite a host of health diseases and complications. It can bring down the productivity of the person, affect his/her daily chores and hamper his /her quality of life. So, it is important to track what goes into your mouth.

To manage your blood pressure, diet will play an important role. Along with a good amount of physical exercise, diet is equally important. Even though most of the people know it. They end up eating wrong foodstuff and following a wrong diet. Which in turn can shoot up their numbers. So, it is vital to regulate your blood pressure with diet.

So, by inculcating new and healthy food habits -- watching what goes into your mouth, avoiding junk food, keeping a check on your calories, managing your portion, you will be able to lower your blood pressure and get back on track.
