Yes, yoga is known to have various health benefits like making you appear more fit and even make you more confident. But does yoga have the power lead Arvind Kejriwal to a victory in tomorrow's Delhi elections? In a tweet by ANI, Arvind Kejriwal was seen doing yoga, unwinding before tomorrow's hectic day.
So how will yoga help Kejriwal tomorrow?
1. It gives a total body workout: Yoga gives you all that a gym can but in a peaceful, safe and more holistic way. It stretches out the muscles in your body, gives you rock hard abs, strong arms, toned buttocks, a strong back and legs. But tomorrows elections won't depend upon rock hard abs will it?

3. It improves flexibility: The practice of yoga helps the body gently regain its flexibility by stretching out the muscles of various areas without causing any harm to them. He might require flexibility to run away efficiently from any responsibility given to him by the people of Delhi, just like he did last time.
4. It s a great stress buster : Apart from releasing harmful free radicals, stress also damages the body s immunity and leaves one tired and irritable. Obviously, Kejriwal finds it difficult to deal with stressful situations, and frequently fall ill. Yoga might help him stay fit and not fall ill frequently.
5. Helps one sleep better: Yoga is known to improve sleeping patterns. With rampant campaigning and the stress attached to it, Kejriwal might have become an insomniac. And if he becomes the CM agian, more sleepless nights are bound to be followed.
