A new study has revealed that people who have low levels of vitamin D are more susceptible to suffer from diabetes, irrespective of their body weight. The study conducted by the Endocrine Society says that people who lack vitamin D in their body are more likely to suffer from metabolic disorders like type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity.
