Did you watch the India VS Australia ICC T20 world Cup match last night? If you did not, you missed one of the finest matches of Virat Kohli's career. At a point when it looked impossible to beat Australia's score of 160 in 20 overs, Virat Kohli played a massive innings of 82 runs and led India to a superb win. The opening pair of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma failed to kick start the inning and the required run rate quickly started catapulting. At a point when the required run rate had crossed 12, Virat once again proved his mettle by impeccable running between the wickets. He's known to be an aggressive player and someone who has difficulties in keeping calm. With an injured Yuvraj Singh at the non-strikers end it was difficult for the pair to take singles but Virat still kept his calm which only shows how he has matured as a player. Virat and Dhoni's took the game to a whole another level by the flawless running between the wickets. The duo is known for their chemistry on the pitch, when they couldn't hit fours and sixes they made sure they would get an extra run by running. Virat is being hailed for this remarkable feat and one of the most important aspects of his game is his fitness. Currently, he's one of the fittest players in the team. During the post-match presentation, he said that the strength to run in between the wickets and the endurance to sustain on the field for a long time is because of that extra time spent working out at the gym and following a healthy diet. Virat works out for five days a week and his workout is a combination of cardio and weights. It is believed that he doesn't smoke and drink alcohol and is very careful about his diet.
