All you guys will have to do is to send us a photo/selfie of you and your partner forming a heart with your hands, like shown in the picture below:

This contest will be run on our 3 social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. You can participate in the contest from any one of these channels. One can't participate from more than one social media.
Click a unique selfie/ picture of you and your partner forming a heart with your hands like we have shown in the picture.
Upload your image on any social media platform.
Use our hashtag #HeartMyValentine and tag us (Facebook: @thehealthsite, Twitter: @HealthSite4U, Instagram: @thehealthsite_india)
Or you could also send the picture to us on contest@thehealthsite.com with #HeartMyValentine contest in the subject line.
Contest starts from the 7th of February and ends on the 14th of February 2017.
All pictures should reach us by 12 PM on the 14th of February, Valentine's day. We will disclose the result on the same day.
