A baby with two heads and one body was delivered at a private nursing home in Sonepat. The twins were born to a 26-year-old woman in a very very rare case according to Dr Shikha Malik, a gynaecologist. Before this, the woman had delivered two normal babies.
In medical terms, this condition is called as thoracophagus. Both twins share a heart which makes it difficult to separate them.
Earlier, a pair of conjoined twins in Betul were successfully separated.
