Todd Snider Cause of Death: Renowned songwriter and singer Todd Snider, breathed his last on Friday. He had helped shape the alt-country and Americana music movements. He was 59.
Taking to social media, Rolling Stone confirmed Snider's death.
While his death has been officially confirmed. Sources have not disclosed the actual cause of his death was given. According to the insiders Snider reportedly was diagnosed with pneumonia this week.
"Aimless, Inc. Headquarters is heartbroken to share that our Founder, our Folk Hero, our Poet of the World, our Vice President of the Abrupt Change Dept., the Storyteller, our beloved Todd Daniel Snider has departed this world," a message read on Snider's Facebook page.
Todd Snider was hospitalized after he faced difficulties with breathing, his family confirmed. The Nashville singer's condition was reported to be "complicated".
"We have some difficult news to share. After Todd returned home to recover last week, he began having trouble breathing and was admitted to the hospital in Hendersonville, TN," the family wrote in an update on social media on Friday.
This is a serious condition wherein water and pus gets accumulated inside the lungs - leading to impairment in its functioning. The lungs after developing this serious condition fails to perform its function and thus leads to sudden death.
Some of the warning signs of this serious health condition include - breathing trouble, congestion, heaviness in chest, pain in chest, etc.
