Give your wardrobe a makeover this winter. Don't let the cold weather be your excuse for not looking 'hot' this winter! Here's what you can include in your winter wardrobe, reports femalefirst.co.uk:
* Footwear: Black biker boots can be teamed with black skinny jeans and an oversized jumper for a casual, weekend look.
* Dresses: Sequin-covered dress will surely turn a few heads once you wear it and hit the dance floor.
* Winter warmers: What would winter be without a cosy coat or soft sweater to warm you up? A bow print, white-collared jumper would look just as cute with a pair of boot cut jeans as it would with a mini skirt and black tights.
Winter comes as a huge relief from scorching heat of summer and pouring monsoon. However, this change of seasons can affect your hair in more than one way. You need to be extra careful to banish the dreaded winter woes or it may turn into a nightmare.
1. Don t go out without a scarf covering your head
Wear a scarf or cap to protect your hair from the cold winds. Try and cover your hair as much as you can when out in cold winds to prevent hair breakage, prevent split ends and damaged hair. The cap should be worn loosely or else it can hamper blood circulation in the scalp.
2. Don t brush your hair too much
It is essential that you use a wide-tooth comb when dealing with wet hair making sure to dab wet hair with a soft towel first. Avoid too much brushing as hair is most fragile when wet.
3. Don t go outside with wet hair
Don t go outside with your wet hair. Winter weather can create problems for your wet hair and make it frizzy and dull. Wet hair could also result in hair breakage due to cold air.
