Swine flu in Gujarat: 10 more lives lost, death toll reaches 275

Swine flu claimed 10 more lives in Gujarat today taking the toll to 275 since January this year. Beside the 10 deaths, 247 new cases were also recorded across the state today taking the total number of cases in Gujarat to 4,614 so far, an official statement said. 10 swine flu deaths were reported today in Gujarat, of which two were from Ahmedabad and one each in Surat, Anand, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Bharuch, Arvalli, Navsari and Porbandar district. Death toll has reached to 275 while 247 new H1N1 cases were reported today, it said. The state government also claimed that 3,115 patients have been cured till date.
