Health Expert Doctor Eric Berg, who has millions of followers on social media, claims that seed oil is one sneaky ingredient that could put your life at risk.
“Dangerous food for the heart is not bacon, butter, or red meat. It’s a food made in a chemical factory. This food is highly inflammatory inside the heart of your arteries,” he said. “ It’s so refined and has absolutely no protection, no more antioxidant, that gets stuck in your brain, organs and the membrane around your cells, which takes 1.5-3 years to get it out of your body. It’s in salad dressing, mayonnaise and fried food. The most dangerous food is seed oil.”
