Japanese eyewear label Jins has unveiled a range of smart glasses capable of measuring your health statistics.
The 'Meme' collection uses tiny electrooculogram sensors to detect energy levels, eye strain and fatigue, meaning there is no need for unsightly cameras.
The sensors, which touch the face and the ear tips, follow eye movement to gather sensitive data about subtle changes in the wearer's mind and body.
The technology can even be programmed to count how many calories are burned during the course of a fitness class.
The information is then fed into the user's smartphone through a corresponding app, allowing wearers to adjust their activity accordingly. For example, if wearers are too sleepy to drive, Jins will let them know.
The collection comprises three models -- a 'Wellington' full-rimmed frame, a 'Half Rim' and a pair of sunglasses.
