Your voice may be one of the best ways for people to decipher your emotional state. While this might be true a new research has found that there is a two-way correlation between vowels and feelings. While it is commonly believed that vocal tones and volume levels can reveal emotions a German researcher team demonstrated that this is true but also in reverse. Published in the journal Emotion their paper explored the relationship between the meaning of a word and how it sounds.
