Up taking the task of maintaining cleanliness at a marriage hall where over 70,000 guests attended weddings of 111 fatherless brides, the group of volunteers has outdone all collective efforts towards the initiative until now and have deservedly gained recognition with the Guinness Book of World Records. The record certifies the Savani group for achieving the task, conferring them the record title of 'the most people sweeping the same floor at the same time. For those three days, all these volunteers were on their feet, covering an area over 1.5 lakh square meters where people from diverse communities of the Jains, Muslims, Hindus gathered for the weddings.
