Salman Khan is Bollywood's original bodybuilding poster boy, so much so, that bodybuilders all over the country work hard to get a body like Bhai. So imagine our surprise when we came across a story that suggested that the actor's rock-hard abs were not real! The video which was uploaded last Friday shows how the actor's abs was in fact computer-generated. The video allegedly was leaked by disgruntled ex-employee of Tata Elixes, the firm which made the video.
A source told Mumbai Mirror, 'Salman was shocked that the film's director, Kabir Khan, had edited out his shirtless shot. The actor called up the producer and said that if it wasn't incorporated, his fans would be disappointed and Brand Salman would take a beating. And that was the reason why the computer graphics came into play.'
The video also states: 'A certain section of the video clearly shows that his six-pack abs are computer generated. Salman does have a flat tummy but it is not chiselled enough for the packs to stand out. What with Salman's health issues? We understand that maintaining an actual six-pack could prove unhealthy for him. But this revelation makes us doubt everything we see on the big screen these days.'
This will surely cause great disappointment and disbelief among Salman Khan's myriad fans who hero worship the ground he walks on! Only recently, a simple poll asking which Khan Salman, Shah Rukh or Aamir had the best abs went viral with Shah Rukh and Salman fans going to great lengths to vote for their heroes.
The voting was fierce with fans of the respective Khans egging others of their ilk on social media to vote for their favourite star. A total of 145,815 votes were cast with Shah Rukh Khan getting 75,530 votes (51.68%), Salman Khan getting 67,944 votes (46.6%) and Aamir Khan managing just 2,521 votes (2%).
