Sachin Chandwade, a Marathi actor best known for his role in the famous Hindi online series Jamtara 2, has died by suicide at the age of 25. His demise shocked the Marathi and Hindi entertainment sectors, with fans and colleagues paying respect.
According to media reports, Sachin was discovered hanged at his home in Undirkhede, Parola taluka, Jalgaon district, on October 23, according to a report by Maharashtra Times. His family discovered him and promptly transported him to a neighbouring hospital.
This occurrence occurred on the 23rd, around 1:30 PM. Sachin attempted suicide on the top level of his house. Although he was initially admitted to a private hospital in his hometown, Undirkhede, his condition deteriorated, causing his family to move him to a hospital in Dhule. Despite doctors' attempts, Sachin died on October 24 at around 1:30 a.m. while undergoing the treatment.
The Parola police have filed an 'accidental death' report, and investigations are ongoing. The reason for his suicide remains unknown. His family and the makers of Asurvan have not yet issued official statements regarding his passing.
Here are simple ways to overcome suicidal thoughts:
The reason is that therapists and psychiatrists are supposed to help you out of painful feelings and offer a treatment that would be beneficial to you. Even in the case of feeling that you may harm yourself, please call a helpline or rush to a hospital, which is nearest.
The temptation to retreat when you are in a struggling situation can be easier, but isolation can lead to even more problems. Make an effort of being in association with individuals who can make you feel safe and cherished. Sometimes being with people that you like without much talking can be soothing.
Both your physical and mental health are closely related. Eat often, sleep and move around in whichever manner you consider comfortable to you. Avoid alcohol, drugs because they stimulate sad and hopeless feelings.
In times of heaviness, one might not be able to think of the future. Make yourself just work towards surviving the hour or day.
