The Great Actor died of a condition called hypotension which is the one where the blood pressure of the body goes below normal. The case has highlighted concerns that low blood pressure is equally harmful as hypertension which is a condition of above normal blood pressure.

Low blood pressure, which is medically referred to as hypotension, occurs when the force of blood that is being pushed against the artery walls gets too low in simpler words, it means that the pressure of blood circulating through the body is lower than normal. While low blood pressure can at rare times be normal for some individuals, it can also be an indicator of an underlying condition and may show symptoms like dizziness or even fainting.

What Is Normal Blood Pressure And What Is Low?

A normal blood pressure reading l generally ranges between U0/G0 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg and anything or any reading of the blood pressure that gets below U0/G0 mmHg is considered hypotensive.

What Causes Low Blood Pressure or Hypotension?

Several factors instigate this condition of a sluggish flow of blood pressure in the body but one major cause is dehydration as it reduces the amount of blood circulating in the body, this can happen due to vomiting, diarrhea, or even excessive sweating, certain medications too can show hypotension as a side effect and heart problems are also one of the causes.

How do I know if I am suffering from hypotension aka low blood pressure?

There are several indicators that occur as conspicuous symptoms including dizziness which is a common symptom, especially when a person transitions from sitting to standing mode, it happens because of a drop in blood pressure affecting blood flow to the brain, other symptoms like lightheadedness, blurred vision, and fainting are also noticed.

People are advised to seek the help of medical professionals and try to receive immediate attention on the condition before it escalates and manifests into bigger diseases.

The loss of such a great personality is indeed one that is huge, and difficult to be replaced by any other gain.
