Rajvir Jawanda Dies: Famous Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda died at 35. According to the reports, the noted singer was injured on September 27 near Baddi (in Himachal Pradesh). Medical reports say that he was left with severe head and spinal injuries and was on life support for 11 days, before breathing his last.
Rajvir Jawanda, who was married and had two young children, succumbed to his injuries in Mohali, Punjab, on Wednesday. The news was confirmed by popular Punjabi singer Jasbir Jassi.
After days of fighting for his life in the hospital, Rajvir Jawanda is no more.

According to the reports, Rajvir was en route to Shimla when he lost control of his motorcycle near Baddi, Solan district and met with a fatal accident that left him with severe internal injuries.
"Rajvir was riding a 1300cc bike at the time of the accident. The accident was so fatal that it left him with severe head and spine injuries," said sources.
According to doctors, Jawanda's neurological condition remained critical, with minimal brain activity and no significant improvement despite intensive medical care. His condition was described as "extremely critical" soon after the mishap, and he had been on life support since admission.

Several reports have suggested that the popular Punjabi singer was immediately rushed to Mohali's Fortis Hospital and was given instant medical attention; however, his condition remained critical. During a media meet on his health updates, closed sources revealed that Jawanda's spine was broken at two points, and the singer even has a broken neck, which cut down the oxygen supply to his brain.
He was on a ventilator for 11 days. On Wednesday (in the early hours), his health deteriorated, which led to his death.
