The newest columnist for Elle and in this month's column the self proclaimed multitasking star Priyanka Chopra tells you about how she manages to find herself even when on several occasions she is overworked and overwhelmed.
Priyanka starts the column by describing how she imagines herself sitting in sukhasna and meditating. She talks about how she would focus on her breathing and allow all her stresses to simply melt away. But alas, that is something that is far from the truth.
An actor (a woman who is at the top of her game), singer, humanitarian, model and activist it seems PC has truly spread herself thin.
Amidst all the hats she juggles the beautiful star has declared her new year resolution was, ' To dig into my culture and traditions and find myself; to strive to attain Nirvana (or some smidgen of it)'(As quoted to Elle). But how does she manage it? Really, how? Being one who does what she says, PC gives you tips on how you can achieve some semblance of inner peace.
In her coloumn the star talks about a simple exercise you should do once in a while to find yourself and reveal facts about you and your being that may even surprise you. While she accepts that the exercise can be easier said than done, she adds that it helped her find herself, give herself some 'me-time', stay focused, and to be able to make better decisions.
