Premanand Ji Maharaj Health Update: Beloved saint of Vrindavan, Premanand Ji Maharaj, has recently made headlines after suddenly discontinuing his daily early morning path yatra (4 a.m. foot walk), during which he would meet and bless his devotees. Fans were also left worried after videos of him with a swollen face and red eyes went viral on social media. While an ashram statement confirmed he is in good health and continuing activities, he is reportedly undergoing dialysis for kidney failure. Devotees, including a Muslim man praying in Medina, continue to offer prayers for his well-being.
What is the latest update? Taking cognisance of his health condition, Maharaj Ji's regular early morning walk has been postponed indefinitely. The administration appealed to the public to avoid spreading rumours about the saint's well-being. So, the question is, how is Maharaj ji right now?
Clearing the air about Premanand Ji Maharaj's health, Baba Bageshwar Dham's spiritual leader Dhirendra Shastri said, "... Many rumours were being spread about his health, but he is fine now. I went to give him an invitation for the padayatra. He accepted our invitation and showered us with a lot of love..."
What happened to Maharaj ji? Why are his eyes and face swollen? The name that requires no introduction - Premanand Ji Maharaj is battling dual kidney failure. He was diagnosed with this condition about 18 years ago. However, the Vrindavan saint led a very happy and compassionate life with this serious condition. As per reports, just a month ago, he was only required to undergo dialysis 4 times a week; however, right now, he is undergoing dialysis daily.
Addressing reports personally, Maharaj reportedly told YouTuber Elvish Yadav: "Dono kidney fail hai, theek kya hona hai ab to jaana hai. Ab theek hone ko kuch nahi bacha."
While many devotees have offered to donate kidneys, Maharaj has declined, not wanting to cause pain to others. He said that he doesn't want anyone else to go through the same physical pain that he has gone through.
