Veteran actor Prem Chopra, has been admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital. He is 90. Dr Nitin Gokhale, a cardiologist, confirmed the actor's hospitalisation. According to the doctor, the legendary actor was hospitalised due to a viral infection and age-related issues, but is currently doing well.

Doctor Jalil Parker said in a statement, "Prem Chopra ji was admitted to Lilavati Hospital two days ago under the supervision of his family doctor and a cardiologist, Dr Nitin Gokhale. He is a known case of cardiac ailment and he also had a viral infection, and that's why I'm treating him for the lungs. "

Prem Chopra Will Recover In 3-4 Days, Says Doctor

The doctor further added, "He is not in the ICU, he is in the normal ward and he is not critical.
