Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Haryana on Friday to lay the foundation stones of the National Cancer Institute and the Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership an official spokesman said. Both projects estimated to cost a total of Rs.3000 crore are being set up in Jhajjar district the spokesman said Thursday.
