People likelier to cheat with someone less attractive than their spouses!

InfidelityEven though a lot of us might think, that if a man or a woman takes the huge risk of having an extra-marital affair he/she must at least have it with someone more attractive. However, according to a new study, this presumption is not true at all.

The study conducted by Victoria Milan, a dating website, surveyed 4000 of their members and found the following results:

  • Only 30% of men cheated with women younger than their wives.
  • Only 25% of men rated their lovers higher on interestingness and physical shape

Women:

  • Over 50% women found their husbands more attractive than the person they were having an affair with
  • 50% women admitted that their lovers were in better shape than their husbands
  • A staggering 89.6% of the women polled, said that their lovers made them feel more important and appreciated than their husbands

So why cheat at all?

Well, if both men and women find their spouses to be more attractive then why should they have an affair with someone.

The reason, according to the study was that both men and women found their mistresses/lovers to be more passionate, better listeners and more caring.
