Cindy Crawford, who was a supermodel in the 1990s, got nostalgic when it came to dieting and said that a big bowl of pasta was a low-calorie option that time. The 48-year-old opened up about her stance on ageing and dieting, reports people.com. The secret is that there is no secret. She also maintains the importance of sticking to a skincare routine. Results are cumulative. When a 35-year-old starts taking care of her skin, she won t look different.
