If you ve seen recent images from IIFA 2015, you d have surely spotted Parineeti Chopra looking svelte in a figure-hugging black gown. The actress looked much thinner and no, it wasn t because she was wearing black.
Parineeti who was last seen in Kill Dil has been at the receiving end for her weight. But she turned it around for herself this time after her recent weight loss. The actress confessed in several interviews that she was leading an unhealthy lifestyle before but even after following a strict diet and exercising, she could not lose weight. After running a few tests she found out that she was eating foods she was allergic to that did not let her shed much weight.
Parineeti modified her diet by eliminating these foods and the results show in her recent pictures. She is also off gymming as she finds it tedious and boring. For now, Pari practises Kalaripayattu every day for an hour which has not just helped her lose inches but also made her more flexible, strong and increased her stamina.
The bubbly actress loves her current regimen and the positive changes happening along with it. She feels more energised, her skin s glowing, her hair looks great and her mind feels fresh. Even so, Parineeti says she has only reached about 50% of her fitness goal and aims to get fitter in the coming months.
