MSD pharmaceuticals, has taken healthcare to another level with their newest venture Univadis. This new website is aimed at helping physicians all over the world, keep in touch with the latest developments in the medical field and make better medical decisions.
An interactive service, Univadis is aimed at being a one-stop shop to help physicians access a wealth of medical resources, powerful tools to make informed decisions and accredited education courses from independent sources.
Univadis (accessible at www.univadis.in) is an online resource that is available in over 40 countries, is available in 17 languages and has over 20 million registered users worldwide. The site provides information like recent news, information about recent medical conferences, a 3D anatomy portal, recent journal studies, radiological guidance and even a tool to calculate the medical risks of a particular condition or surgery. Apart from that, MSD has collaborated with leading medical journal, The Lancet, to bring content in the form of articles, news, research papers, medical advancements, videos, and educational tools. To ensure that all the information is accurate and up-to-date, an advisory board of 12 doctors has been set up in the country, to decide the content for the India-specific website.
