But, if you suffer from it, you will have an enlarged liver, you might feel fatigued and excruciating pain in your abdomen.   • You should stay physically active: If you are leading a sedentary lifestyle right now, then just get rid of it and start exercising. According to a study, you can reduce your fatty liver if you take up low-intensity exercises.
  • You should try to lose weight: You can suffer from NAFLD if you are obese. It can also affect your ability to carry out your chores with ease. So, just battle the bulge by eating mindfully and cutting down those unnecessary calories. You will surely feel good and will be able to manage your NAFLD.
  • You should go for a healthy diet: Avoid eating foods which are high in fats and calories. You should include fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Opt for eggs, legumes, and fish and stay healthy and fit. Just write down what you eat and consult your expert to help you out with the right foods to eat and delete. Don t go overboard and eat in controlled proportions.
