It's safe to say that your day is usually incomplete without that hot cup of coffee, and it better be healthy! You can replace a teaspoon of sugar that goes into your coffee with cinnamon or dalchini which is extremely beneficial in improving digestion and is known to keep diabetes under check as well.

Cinnamon draws its nutrition value from the manganese, fibre, essential oils and calcium. Calcium and fibre combined with bile salts are further involved in the process to help transport it outside the body. The essential oils present help regulate the working of gastric juices on food and improve digestion. It is also responsible to reduce inflammation caused due to indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome and ulcers.
