Women struggle with getting their hair set every day after hair wash. To handle this better, we simply reach out for the blow dryer, every day. It may definitely feel and look good but it can be a menace to your hair texture and growth and even lead to early hair loss. Here are some more everyday habits that may be causing hair fall.

Your hair is most prone to damage when wet and exposing your scalp to unwanted heat can cause the hair roots to weaken. For better hair texture, it is best to leave it to dry, naturally. It's all worth to wake up a little earlier for work and have your hair dry naturally. Don't subject it to even tying your hair up tightly in a hurry or combing it when wet. This can also cause hair breakage. However, if you are bound to use the hair dryer or other styling tools, use it with the coolest setting possible. Doing this would save you from the damage or at least reduce the chances of damage. Here is how you can manage coloured hair better.
