According to reports, she ran or walked for 30-45 minutes daily, ensuring her heart rate stayed in an optimal zone. Wilmore noted, "Your joints don't hurt in space, which is quite nice."

Cycling (CEVIS Cycle Ergometer with Vibration Isolation and Stabilization System)

To strengthen their leg muscles and improve endurance, when at space, astronauts indulge in cycling. A 30-minute cycle helped maintain her cardiovascular health and muscle function.

Strength Training (ARED Advanced Resistive Exercise Device)

Williams performed exercises like: Squats strengthening legs and core. Deadlifts Builds back and leg muscles. Bench Press Maintains upper body strength. Lunges Helps preserve muscle mass in the lower body. Bicep Curls & Triceps Extensions Maintains arm strength.

In a press conference, they shared that although it was hard to see their malfunctioning Starliner capsule return to Earth without them, they are well-prepared for unexpected challenges.
