The First Lady of USA, Michelle Obama is looked up by many women globally. Recently, she has been stealing the spotlight with her enviably fit and toned body. She challenged Americans to name five ways they are living healthy, and Michelle s tweet got a thousand more retweets in hours. After getting everyone on Twitter to reveal their workout routines, Michelle Obama amazes one and all with her new supercharged workout video. In the video, the first lady performs intense kickboxing moves to motivate the younger generation to include exercise in their daily routine. She also demonstrates some plyometrics and weights get the young ones out of their couch and get moving.
