Miscarriage, as common as it is among couples today, can take a toll on your mental health. And to deal with it thrice can be even more depressing. In a Q&A session hosted by Mark Zuckerburg, which had people asking questions online in real time, he opened up about his wife going through three miscarriages. His wife is pregnant again and healthy, too. 'When you first realise that you're pregnant, you're the happiest, and you're making all these plans and imagining the future. Suddenly it's all gone. It's a very deeply isolating experience. For some reason, in our culture, we don't talk about these things (miscarriage and announcing pregnancy)', he responded to a question about his wife's pregnancy.
